It has been an exciting year for the students. The Secondary One students collaborated with Mount Alvernia Hospital for their VIA cum Art project. The students’ artwork were based on the school's Francians values of Peace, Love, Hope and Joy. The Secondary Two students focused on project design. Students got to create a 3D food truck and made them more attractive by decorating them. At the Upper Secondary level, students were exposed to art on a more experiential level and they attended learning journees to the Art Biennale, National Gallery Singapore, NAFA-Open House and Peer-led Guiding Workshop conducted by SAM to deepen their knowledge of art and create more awareness of courses offered by the various art institutions. Visual Arts Elective modules were also conducted for the Secondary 4 NA (Art students) to strengthen and revisit their art skills. Our students had also won attractive prizes at the 11th Singapore National Junior Watercolour Competition 2017.
