School Based Assessment Information
School-based assessments refer to assessments that are administered, scored and interpreted in a standardised manner in the school. These assessments include the Mid-Year Examinations (MYE), the End-of-Year Examinations (EYE), common tests, class tests and other alternative formative assessments. Performance in these assessments will determine students’ suitability to be promoted, retained or laterally transferred as well as for the purpose of the Secondary Two Streaming Exercise at the end of each academic year.
